Let's shop for Christmas!

I love Christmas shopping!

I usually start shopping in October for gifts and hopefully finish before the end of November.

This way I can avoid the crazy crowds at the department stores.

And...I don't go broke the month of December.

Especially owning a home you have to pay property (land) tax which is due Dec 10th and April 10th, yearly!

And after all my gift shopping is done, if I do head to the dept. stores, it's for myself & at my own pace.

Gotta admit, I love all those special discount sales for the holidays!

So tonight I bought two Christmas presents for two people on my list.

For Lonny's step Mom, Debbie I bought her a scarf from Pur Cashmere.

And for Lonny's step-grand Ma, Marie I bought her the same but in a different color.

I wanted to get this scarf for myself but held back.

I have to be strong and wait till I am done buying all my Christmas presents.

But look how pretty that is!

Glad I've got a start on my Christmas gift list.
