Today we found out Colossus' sister Kaya passed away.
She lived with our friend Chad and expired two days ago.
The story is a bit unclear but it seems she had gotten into the neighbors yard a week prior. Something bit her, what, we are not sure. Another dog? A snake? A bug?
Chad took her to the vet immediately where she was set up with an IV.
There really wasn't much to be done so the vet sent her home with Chad hoping she'd recover.
She wouldn't eat or drink water and yesterday she passed away.
We are all very saddened by this news as Kaya is not only Colossus sister but play companion.
Rest in peace Kaya!
