This was recommended to me by a good friend who claims I would like how smooth and precise the product applies onto the eye lid. So I gave it a go and purchased this product but kept the packing and receipt just in case it didn't work for me.
I think I've just been turned off in the past by other brands liquid eye liner failed attempts. It's left me pretty cynical to trying yet another potential gimmick and being let down.
I've tried so many brands and either the brush tip applicator didn't work or the product didn't apply boldly the first time. I did realize through all those trial & errors that I am not a fan of fan brushes for liquid eye liner. Nor am I a fan of the hard tip applicator (ouch!) for liquid liners.
I'm not going to lie the first couple attempts it took some getting use to. But I chalk that up to being a beginner at applying liquid liner. I'm used to using a 266 MAC brush with MAC's Blacktrack Fluidliner. But I was in the market for a quick product for the 'on the go' life style. I do love my original method of using Blacktrack Fluidliner but it's not very convenient to carry around.

As you can see the felt tip applicator is thin and spongy like. It's not the hard felt tip applicator most brands like to use. Those are painful and actually do not produce a smooth line. On top of the hard tip applicator they can actually scratch your eye lid. Your eye lid is the most delicate & sensitive area of your face. You want to be careful to avoid scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators which can lead to eye damage and in extreme cases, even blindness. Also you do not want to tug or pull the area to cause future wrinkles or age lines. But with the Line Stiletto it is a soft spongy applicator that produces a smooth precise perfect black line.
That is a prime example of ONE stroke perfect black solid line!
(Don't mine the dry hands. Just had been cleaning house and my hands get dry using the chemicals)
The application of the actual product is rich, glossy and even. The color I got was Blackest Black and it truly is a glossy black. I don't generally touch my eye so the eye liner lasted a long time for me without smudging. But since it's still warm here I haven't had to worry about any rainy weather eye liner smudges. Not sure how it would work in the rain. I did wear it for 8 hours and it lasted the whole 8 hours without touch ups. It was easy to work with and easy to remove using my Sonia Kashuk eye make up remover (MY FAVORITE!).
Now that I've had a couple attempts and am used to the applicator I can say I TRULY enjoy this product. It's definitely a perfect for a on-the-go type of personality. No fuss or messy brushes to clean up every time. I'm still going to use my MAC Fluidliner but I love that I have found a new handy quick liquid liner to use and carry with.
PRICE: Drugstore prices vary but I believe I purchased mine for $6.99 at Walgreens.

So I have to say yes, I have thrown away the receipt and the packing. I will not be returning this product because I do enjoy it!
