I had a nice little break from work over the Thanksgiving week.
We didn't really travel or do anything special other than re-organize and decorate the condo.
SATURDAY
My husbands cousin Chris came into town Friday evening and we treated him to breakfast Saturday morning.
We went to one of our favorite little breakfast joint owned by a delightful Greek family.
I had the Crab Cake Benedict... SO GOOD!
Came home to pull our fake Christmas tree out of storage.
Dusted and spruced it up.
This face! He melts my heart.
My giant Bubba!
With the recent redecoration & organization of the home I tackled transferring clothes from the closet to the chest. Making room for Lonny to bring the rest of his clothes to the condo.
As you can see Colossus was keeping my clothes warm.
Such a good helper!
My DVR box was almost at max - 95% - So I spent the mid afternoon catching up on shows.
All caught up on Vampire Diaries!
Attempted a new marinade for my salmon steak.
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sugar
Drizzle in the soy sauce
Drizzle in the sesame oil
Whisk together and pour over your salmon.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 min.
One snoring puppy above your head while you enjoy the rest of your Saturday evening.
SUNDAY
Colossus ran some minor errands with me while holding onto his new favorite toy.
Ended the weekend catching up on my mound of magazines & catalogs.
Love polka dot and bright colored napkins that can be found at Anthropologie.
Getting ideas for picture hanging placement through the Ikea ad.
