My MAC Baroque Boudoir stuff came!
I saw these pretties and checked out a couple websites for swatches and made my choice.
I picked up 2 out of 3 lipsticks and all 3 lip glosses.
I didn't need the compact sheer mystery powder even though I LOVE the packaging.
And I didn't care much for the clutch that they were selling with it.
My lil package came yesterday and the colors as well as packaging were NOT a disappointment.
I love the packaging (which I knew I would) and the colors!
The packaging isn't a cheapy plastic material - it's actually a light silver and has this belle epoque style motifs.
On with the pictures.
Even the boxes are super cute!
Let's start with the lipsticks.
Lipstick #1 Prive
I wish I had better swatches for you but I did these yesterday in a rush.
The lighting is probably off but I'll try and get better swatches at a later date.

Lipstick #2 Treasured
Onto the lip glosses.
I know MAC has called their lip glosses all kinds of names like "lipglass" or "lustreglass" or "dazzleglass", this one is actually a lipgloss for once.
These adorable vials of beautiful glossy colors are actually the same size as Dazzleglasses verses lipglasses.
Lipgloss #1 Preciousness - a very sheer baby pink with a bit of shimmer (not glittery).
Lipgloss #2 The Lap Of Luxury - a sheer mix of peachy brown with a hint of opulecent shimmer.
Lipgloss #3 D'Nouveau - a sheer glossy raspberry tone.
In all I'd have to say I really LOVE this collection and these colors.
I can see myself using these lipsticks daily because they are sheer and light.
I'm not usually one for darker lip tones but also not for a super nude lip.
I'm more of a medium 'natural' lip. HAHA

love treasured but have so many that kind of shade, love the powder compact but have tons of powder compacts plus getting refill might be a pain in the arse.. But the glosses.. well I might have to pick up a couple :)
