I've been hunting for new bedding as I hate the feel of my current one.
I don't really mind the actual comforter I have now from the underside but the top is rough feeling.
When I lay in my bed I want it to be fluffy & warm.
Plus the one I have now is a queen size which is fine as I have a queen bed but...
since I share my bed with a man who moves around at night, I end up blanket-less in the middle of the night.
So I'm going to purchase a king size duvet comforter and not only will it be warm but it will hang over the edge of my bed and look nice.
My style and look I'm going for is very Pottery Barn-esq and I'm torn between these two:
Deirdre Duvet:

The Monreale Paisley Duvet:
I'm leaning toward the Deirdre set as I can pair that with my current bedsheets (light blue) plus it's on sale.
But I also love the 2nd set too.
Decisions!

Which ones would you pick or should I keep on searching as the two options are too busy/ugly?
I've checked out Macy's website and didn't find anything I liked.
Tried West Elm and their bedding isn't my style as it's too plain/modern/cold feeling.
I don't really like ANY of the bedding from Bed Bath & Beyond.
What are some good websites for bedding that you like?
Keep in mind I am trying to stay in a Pottery Barn like style, sort of a farm house comfort but not too country!

oh i love the top one!! i just like those color more i guess - and great items from VS - boots are awesome!!
@ DeAnna - I am leaning toward the first one too. And it's on sale! :) It's just easier to pair the bedsheets with as the 2nd set you're pretty limited on colored sheets. I hope I like the VS boots when they arrive. In fact, I hope they fit with my skinny jeans cause that's what I'm buying them for... to wear mostly with skinny jeans. Keep your fingers crossed!
I prefer the first one too. Its very cheery.
@Sooz - I just ordered the 1st one. :) I was leaning toward the 1st one a lot as well as every one else, but one friend. LOL she said it looked too grandma-ish. But I think it has a nice farmhouse effect look. :)
I actually like both of them, but I'm leaning a bit towards number 1??
I personally love the bedding from Anthropologie, not the cheapest by any means, but they do have stuff on sale!
Oh, and my current bedding that I have and LOVE is actually from Target! They have a great online selection and good prices. I've had it for a year and a half and I still love it :)
@Ella - Oooh Anthropologie!!! Yes. I need to check their site out. I totally forgot. WOOHOO. I love the shabby, farmesque chic look/style. :) My current bedding is from Target, in fact the last 2 I had came from Target. I love Target for it but I wanted to try something new. :) Thanks for the site recommendation!
