This morning I checked on the nest before I left for work.
Still only one of the eggs had hatched and I was starting to worry about the second.
Fast forward to 6:30pm and I checked on the wee little one and noticed he had a buddy!
RELIEF!
About time #2 your Mother and sibling were starting to worry...ok, ok, it was just me!
Two peas in a nest and love their fresh new feathers.
The older one is on the far left as you can see his feathers are a bit dry & fluffy.
It also got me thinking.
Now that they both are hatched and here, I will be sad the day they fly the coop.
Tear tear!
